For most of their adult lives, Victor and Vince Nguyen have lived and worked in the city of Philadelphia. With each passing day, their personal lives began to take on a routine. Each day after work, the two brothers found themselves spending a majority of their time at local bars and coffee houses where they were able to wind down prior to embarking on the monotony of the next day. It was soon thereafter that they envisioned a place where people of all ages and all walks of life could come to relax, socialize, study, bring a date, work on your laptop or simply unwind, and Chinatown provided the perfect venue for this vision. Located in the heart of the city, Chinatown already had its share of tasty ethnic restaurants and pastry bakeries but what it needed the most was something it did not have … a bubble tea house. In 2002, Victor and Vince established a place where one could forget about the worries of tomorrow and just enjoy the beauty of today … one sip at a time.
